The Art of Ascension: Awakening Through Life’s Lessons
There are moments in life when something within us begins to stir. An invitation to pause. To listen. To look beneath the surface of our circumstances and recognize that every experience is shaping us for something deeper.
“The void we feel in our hearts after losing a loved one is not simply a reflection of their absence but an indication of the incompleteness we feel within ourselves.
This attachment, often mistaken for love, is an illusion of codependency rooted in the comfort of another soul’s presence. Our bodies, conditioned by the chemical responses in our brains, crave what is familiar. Yet, true love is not possession, and attachment is not fulfillment.
The pain of loss invites us to confront these illusions, to grieve, and to sit with the discomfort. Only by feeling this pain fully can we release the patterns that bind us to illusion and rediscover our wholeness.
In surrendering to the healing process, we allow space for deeper self-awareness and healthier expressions of love, free from dependency. In this release, we find that the love we sought outside was always within.”
Love Was Never Loss
