The SAVI Ministries is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with this website. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information.

Introduction

The SAVI Ministries, a Washington State nonprofit religious corporation, operates this website primarily as an institutional platform for mission communication, donor engagement, and partnership development. We do not offer investment products or financial services to the general public, and this website is intended for informational and institutional purposes only.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through thesaviministries.org and its subdomains, including the institutional newsletter at newsletter.thesaviministries.org. It does not apply to information collected offline or through third-party services linked from this website.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

We may collect personal information through direct interactions, such as when you contact us via web forms, email, or phone. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, organizational affiliation, the nature of your inquiry, and any other information you choose to provide. Forms on this website include the general contact form, institutional materials request, partner inquiry, due diligence access request, private review request, newsletter subscription, and related workflow submissions.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Netlify) may automatically collect standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and date and time of visit. This information is collected in aggregate and used for operational purposes only.

This website does not use advertising technology, behavioral tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services beyond what is inherent in Netlify's hosting infrastructure and the institutional analytics layer (Google Tag Manager, container GTM-N3H45PSG) used uniformly across thesaviministries.org and its subdomains.

Information We Do Not Collect

This website does not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or government identification through any web form. Wire transfer and banking information for charitable contributions is communicated through separate secure institutional channels, not through this website's forms.

Purpose of Data Collection

Information submitted through this website is used exclusively for legitimate ministry operations, including: responding to your inquiry or submission; providing requested institutional materials or documentation; facilitating due diligence review for qualified philanthropic contributors and advisors; maintaining records of institutional communications; distributing the newsletter to subscribers who have voluntarily opted in; and fulfilling our obligations as a faith-based nonprofit. We do not use your information for commercial marketing, advertising profiling, or any purpose inconsistent with our charitable and religious mission.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We Do Not Sell Personal Information

The SAVI Ministries does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.

Service Providers

We use Netlify, Inc. as our website hosting and form processing provider. Form submissions are stored in Netlify's systems in accordance with Netlify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Netlify is a U.S.-based company and your form data may be stored on U.S. servers.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of The SAVI Ministries, its leadership, or the public.

Affiliated Entities and Partners

We may share information with affiliated ministry partners where necessary to facilitate an institutional relationship you have initiated. No information is shared with partners for their independent commercial or marketing use. Any third-party engagements are governed by strict confidentiality obligations.

Form Submissions

This website uses Netlify Forms. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted securely to Netlify's servers and is accessible through the ministry's administrative dashboard. All forms include honeypot spam protection. Submissions flagged as automated are automatically discarded. Sensitive institutional requests, including private review and due diligence access, are accessible only to authorized institutional personnel.

Data Security

This website is served over HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption. We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No electronic system is completely secure. For highly sensitive communications we recommend using the private review pathways and following up through direct institutional contact.

Data Retention

Form submission data stored through Netlify is retained in accordance with Netlify's standard data retention policies. We maintain records of institutional correspondence for as long as required by governance policies and applicable law. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time; upon unsubscription we will promptly remove your address from active distribution.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted by contacting the Office of the Chairman. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe. Certain records may be retained as required by law or governance policy. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws, you may have additional rights. Please contact us for further information.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses only the minimal technical cookies necessary for correct operation and the institutional analytics container (Google Tag Manager GTM-N3H45PSG) shared across thesaviministries.org and its subdomains. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or behavioral tracking technologies beyond standard aggregate page-measurement. The Google Fonts service used by this website may set a limited technical cookie related to font delivery; this is a standard CDN function and does not involve behavioral tracking of your activity on this site. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to view this website.

Religious Organization Considerations

The SAVI Ministries is a religious organization. Communications made in the context of spiritual counsel, pastoral ministry, or ecclesiastical affairs may be subject to special confidentiality protections under applicable law. We handle all such communications with appropriate discretion and dignity consistent with our obligations as a faith-based institution.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a child has submitted information through this website should contact us immediately.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information we hold about you, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. The SAVI Ministries does not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact the Office of the Chairman using the information below.
